The Jarrahdale Youth (JY) program targets youth in school years six, seven, and eight who are living in Jarrahdale and surrounding rural areas.

Our mission is to understand youth’s needs, actively engage young people to ensure they feel empowered and enhance positive community attitudes towards adolescents.

The JY Program is developed to build solid and valuable relationships with young people through engaging activities in a positive and dynamic environment. Youth Leaders and volunteers become influential role models, providing advice and support that will empower and inspire youth.

We hope to play a pivotal role in our community by providing opportunities for young people to contribute, enhancing positive community attitudes towards youth.

Thanks to the support from Jarrahdale Charters who provide monthly excursion bus rides and the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale who are leasing Bruno Gianatti Hall to the JCC allowing for programs like Jarrahdale Youth to be accessible to our community.
